We value the professional care we provide and the dedicated time we reserve for each client. Short-notice changes or cancellations and missed appointments significantly impact both our team and other clients who are waiting to be seen.
For this reason, we have updated our scheduling and cancellation policy: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete or update intake forms, discuss massage focus, use restroom, and settle in. Appointments begin and end at the scheduled time. This helps us begin your session on time and ensures we have the most accurate information to support your care.
We suggest all clients arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows time to visit the restroom, complete paperwork, discuss concerns and goals, and begin on time. If you are late, your massage will still end on time and the full amount of service is still due. We will not work past the scheduled end time of the session because we need time to clean the table, linens, and tools; do paperwork; return phone calls; and prepare for the next client. With that said, this also means we will not begin an appointment earlier than 10 minutes to your scheduled appointment.
All treatments are professional, therapeutic massage and bodywork. There will be no inappropriate contact or conduct at any time between any client and the therapist. Should a client behave in a manner that violates this professional boundary, the session will end, the client will still be required to pay for the session in full, and they will be asked to not come back.
