With a passion for movement, massage and bodywork, the owner of Rebalance, Jolene Malsam, blends over a decade of experience in massage therapy, yoga instruction, and personal training to help clients reclaim better strength and movement.
Jolene’s approach is grounded in the belief that the body is meant to move—and move well. Her integrated sessions focus on restoring mobility, relieving pain, and building balanced strength through therapeutic touch and mindful movement. Whether you're working through chronic tension, rebuilding strength after injury, or simply seeking to feel better in your body, Jolene brings a thoughtful, customized approach to every session.
Drawing from her training in functional movement, anatomy-based massage, and intentional body-works, Jolene creates space for all people—to slow down, reset, and build a strong foundation of well-being. Her work is rooted in education, empowerment, and evidence-informed care, supporting clients at every age and stage of life.
Jolene's credentials include Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Foot Zone Therapist, Personal Trainer and Stretch Coach, Yoga Instructor, and RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Specialist. Additional professional developmenet includes Somatic Movement, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone and Bamboo, Thai Massage, Prenatal Massage, Guasha and Muscle Scraping, Massage Cupping, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Barre, and Mat Pilates.
Caroline is highly trained and experienced in a variety of massage techniques. She is passionate about helping our clients feel their best by integrating a variety of techniques into each session.
Caroline holds the following professional qualification: Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Foot Zone Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Specialist.
She has additional technique training in Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone and Bamboo, Thai Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), Massage Cupping, and Prenatal Massage.
A valid credit card is required to book your appointment. This card will be kept on file to secure your appointment; payment for services is due at the time of your appointment via credit card or cash/check (preferred). By booking an appointment, you understand that a 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you fail to reschedule or cancel for any reason within 24-hours, you will be charged 50% of the services for the missed appointment to the credit card on file.
You will receive an electronic intake prior to your appointment. Completing this before your appointment will allow us to review your health and wellness, goals, and preferences before you arrive so that we can start and end your appointment on time. If you should not complete your form prior to appointment, completion and discussion of this form will be considered part of your appointment.
We suggest all clients arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows time to visit the restroom, complete paperwork, discuss concerns and goals, and begin on time. If you are late, your massage will still end on time and the full amount of service is still due. We will not work past the scheduled end time of the session because we need time to clean the table, linens, and tools; do paperwork; return phone calls; and prepare for the next client. With that said, this also means we will not begin an appointment earlier than 10 minutes to your scheduled appointment.
Please avoid heavy perfumes, lotions, sprays, and smoking before your appointment. Many clients have sensitivities/allergic reactions to various synthetic fragrances found in scented products. If you have extreme sensitivities, we suggest booking your appointment 1st thing in the morning at 9am to avoid possible reactions from scent exposure throughout the day.
All treatments are professional, therapeutic massage and bodywork. There will be no inappropriate contact or conduct at any time between any client and the therapist. Should a client behave in a manner that violates this professional boundary, the session will end, the client will still be required to pay for the session in full, and they will be asked to not come back.
