Personal Training with Rebalance is made for women—no boot camps, no burnout. Just smart, supportive training that works with your body, not against it.  You’ll get a training plan designed to address muscular weakness, mobility limitations, and any tension that may be uncovered during massage - so every plan and session supports your body's unique needs and long-term strength and health.

Best for new clients or those easing back into movement.  Includes:  

  • 1 training session per week (in person or virtual)
  • Weekly personalized strength and mobility plans
  • Monthly progress check-in

Momentum

Best for ongoing strength, mobility, and accountability.  Includes:  

  • 2 training session per week (in person or virtual)
  • Weekly personalized strength and mobility plans
  • Text/email support between sessions
  • Bi-weekly and monthly progress check-in

Vitality

300/mo

Best for comprehensive support for healthy aging.   Includes:  

  • 2 training session per week (in person or virtual)
  • Weekly personalized strength and mobility plans
  • Recovery support of 1-60 min or 2-30 min massage, yoga or restorative movement sessions per month
  • Ongoing text/email support
  • Weekly and monthly progress check-in
